No tool wins every case. Choose DesignEvo if:

Where the two prices really differ
DesignEvo is genuinely cheap, and the structure is worth understanding before you buy. The free download is capped at 300 pixels, carries no transparent or vector file, and their own help center states the free logo cannot be used for any commercial purpose. BASIC at $24.99 one-time gives PNG and JPG files you can use. Vector files and copyright ownership arrive together in PLUS at $49.99 one-time, which also unlocks font downloads and 5000 pixel output.
That means the honest comparison is $49.99 once against $9.99 a month, and what each buys. One is a finished logo file. The other is 150 credits a month: 50 generated images, refines, SVG conversion, mockups on 200+ products, brand guidelines, a logo system sheet, a Brand Pack ZIP and a design.md. If all you need is the mark, DesignEvo is cheaper and that is the right answer.

Is the free DesignEvo logo usable for a business?
Not by their own rules. The free download is capped at 300 pixels, has no transparent or vector file, and their help center says the free logo "can not be used for any commercial purpose". Logofai gives new accounts 6 free credits, enough for two logo images you may use commercially.
Which one gives me copyright?
