Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 22, 2026
This policy explains what we collect when you use logofai.com, the web app at app.logofai.com, the Logofai app for iPhone and iPad, and the Logofai app for Android, and what we do with it.
Logofai is operated by Blinix Solutions LLC ("Blinix Solutions", "we", "us"). Blinix Solutions LLC is the data controller for everything described here, on the web and in the apps. One controller, one place to send a request, whichever platform you use.
Our affiliate Blinix Solutions Private Limited publishes the Logofai apps on the App Store and Google Play. It can reach some of this data in order to build and support those apps, under a written agreement that binds it to this policy. There is more on that under Where your data lives.
This policy is written to match what our apps declare in Apple's App Privacy labels and Google Play's Data safety form. If you ever spot a gap between the two, tell us and we will fix it.
What we collect
Everywhere
- Account data: your name, email address and password hash when you create an account, plus your profile picture, language and time zone, and your answers to our signup questions if you give them. If you sign in with Google we receive your Google account email. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we only ever see the private relay address Apple gives us, never your real one.
- Content you create: prompts you write, options you select, logos and photos you upload, and the images and documents you generate. Your projects are private to your account.
- Purchase records: your plan, your credit balance and your invoices or receipts. We never see or store your card number.
- Support messages: anything you send us by email, kept so we can answer you and see the history if you write again.
On the website and web app
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser type, collected through Google Analytics only if you accept cookies.
- Ad measurement: we do not run retargeting or advertising network tags. Google Analytics is the only measurement tool on the site. If you arrive from a Google ad and accept cookies, Google can connect that click to your signup, so we can tell which ads are worth running. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer, and the cookie policy sets out exactly what is stored.
- Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe, which processes your card details directly.
In the iOS and Android apps
- Crash and diagnostic reports: if the app crashes we receive a report containing the device model, the operating system version, the app version and a technical stack trace. This is how we find and fix bugs. It is not linked to what you generate.
- Push notification token: if you allow notifications, your device gives us an anonymous token so we can tell you when a generation is ready or when something needs your attention.
- Camera and photo library: only when you choose to upload a logo or photo. The app asks permission first. The image you pick is uploaded to your account and used to generate your assets. We do not browse or read the rest of your photo library, and refusing the permission only disables uploading.
- Purchase receipts: when you buy inside the app, the sale is made by Blinix Solutions Private Limited as seller of record and processed by Apple or Google. They handle the payment and we never see your card. We receive a receipt and your credit balance updates.
How we use it
- To run the service: generating your assets, storing your projects, managing credits, subscriptions and billing.
- To keep it working: diagnosing crashes, fixing bugs, protecting accounts against abuse.
- To improve Logofai: understanding which features are used and where people get stuck.
- To communicate: service emails and notifications about your account, your generations and your billing. Marketing email only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe any time.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not claim ownership of the brands you generate. Assets you create are yours to use for your business, including commercially.
- We do not use your private projects for advertising.
- We do not use your prompts or generated assets to train AI models.
- We do not track you across other companies' apps and websites for advertising.
Our legal grounds for using your data
If you are in the UK, the EU or another region with similar law, we rely on these grounds. To perform our contract with you, which covers running your account, generating your assets and taking payment. Our legitimate interests, which cover security, fixing crashes, improving the product and preventing abuse of our free credits. Your consent, which covers analytics cookies, advertising cookies, push notifications and marketing email, and which you can withdraw at any time. And legal obligation, where we have to keep records such as invoices.
Third parties we rely on
- Stripe for payments and invoicing on the web.
- Apple for App Store purchases, Sign in with Apple and push delivery on iOS.
- Google for Google Play purchases, optional sign-in, push delivery on Android, and, with your consent, analytics and ads measurement.
- Our crash reporting provider, which receives the diagnostic reports described above.
- AI model providers that process your prompts to generate images and documents. Prompts are sent for processing only, not for training on your private data.
- Our hosting and CDN providers, which store your account data and serve your generated images.
These companies act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
Where your data lives
Account data and generated assets are stored on secured servers and cloud storage, encrypted in transit. Generated images are served from our media CDN. Blinix Solutions LLC is based in the United States, so your data may be processed there and in other countries where our providers operate. Where we move data out of the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on standard contractual clauses or another approved safeguard.
Our affiliate Blinix Solutions Private Limited, which publishes the mobile apps, operates from Pakistan. Its staff can reach account and diagnostic data where that is needed to build, release and support the apps. Pakistan is not covered by a UK or EU adequacy decision, so that access runs under standard contractual clauses between the two companies. Blinix Solutions Private Limited is bound by this policy, acts only on Blinix Solutions LLC's instructions, and may not use your data for its own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data and your generated assets for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, they are deleted as described below. Crash reports are kept for a limited period by our crash reporting provider and then discarded.
Deleting your account
You can delete your Logofai account at any time from your account settings in the Logofai app or on app.logofai.com, or by emailing us at support@logofai.com. Deletion happens immediately once you confirm it and cannot be undone.
When you delete your account, we permanently delete:
- your profile: name, email address, password, profile picture, language and time zone, and your answers to our signup questions;
- everything you created or uploaded: projects, logos, images, mockups, brand documents and uploaded files;
- your credit history, download history, rewards and referral records, and any feedback you gave us, including comments;
- your support conversations, and messages you sent us through our contact form from your account’s email address;
- your notifications, the devices registered to receive push notifications, and every signed-in session;
- our records of your subscription and in-app purchases.
If you subscribed on our website, we cancel the subscription before deleting your account, so you will not be charged again. If you subscribed in the App Store or Google Play, you manage and cancel that subscription with Apple or Google; deleting your Logofai account does not cancel it for you.
What we keep after deletion, and why
New accounts receive free credits. To stop the same person from deleting their account and signing up again to receive them repeatedly, we keep a one-way fingerprint of the deleted account’s email address and, if you used them, its Google or Apple sign-in identifiers.
This fingerprint is a scrambled code created with a secret key. It cannot be turned back into your email address or used to contact or identify you, and we do not use it for marketing, tracking or any other purpose. Its only use is to recognize a new signup that uses the same email address or sign-in, which then receives a normal account but without free trial credits, promotional bonuses, referral bonuses or reward credits. We keep it for as long as we offer free credits to new accounts.
We also keep records of what our AI services cost us to run, with any link to your account removed, so they cannot be traced back to you.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Apple and Google, which keep their own records of your transactions as their policies and the law require.
Images and files you created are removed from our storage immediately. Account records may remain in our server backups for up to 3 days, until those backups are replaced; we do not restore them from backups except to recover from a system failure.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom: we keep the fingerprint on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of our free credits, a use that is limited to that purpose and does not identify you.
Signing up again
You are welcome to create a new account after deleting one. If it uses the same email address, Google account or Apple ID as a deleted account, it will work normally but will start without free credits and will not receive promotional, referral or reward credits.
The delete your account page sets out the exact steps on each platform.
Your rights
You can access, update or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA, including data portability, the right to object to processing and the right to complain to your data protection authority. We honour these requests for everyone, wherever you live, and we do not charge for them or treat you differently for asking.
Security
We use industry standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls limiting who on our side can reach production data. No service on the internet is perfectly secure, so we also keep the amount of personal data we hold small on purpose.
Children
Logofai is intended for adults. Our terms of use require you to be at least 18 to hold an account. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will note it here, update the date above, and tell you in the app or by email where the change affects how we handle your data.
