Logofai vs Tailor Brands. An honest comparison.
Tailor Brands has moved its business toward company formation: the pricing page sells LLC filing, with branding bundled in. Logofai does one thing, the brand. If you need the paperwork too, that bundle is a real advantage, and this page says so.
Last checked: September 24, 2026. Every Tailor Brands figure here was read from their own live pages that day.
Side by side. The real differences.
| Logofai | Tailor Brands | |
|---|---|---|
| How the logo is made | A flagship image model draws an original mark from your one-sentence prompt, refined by describing the change. | AI, in their words: "Our logos are uniquely designed by our AI algorithm to match your business and brand identity". |
| Vector (SVG) export | SVG on any paid plan, 3 credits the first time and free afterwards. | Paid, and the only tool in this comparison offering EPS: "Vector EPS, SVG with a transparent background". |
| What comes after the logo | Brand kit boards, 200+ photoreal mockups, lifestyle photography, brand guidelines, a logo system sheet and a Brand Pack ZIP. | The widest bundle here: a brand book, business cards, social templates, 21 resized logo versions, a website, a domain, LLC formation and annual compliance filing. |
| Developer hand-off | A design.md file, a live style guide and token exports for CSS, Tailwind and W3C JSON. 9 credits on Pro and Business. | None published. |
| Ownership and licensing | You own what you generate and can use it commercially, as our terms of use set out. | We make no claim here. On 24 September 2026 their terms pages returned errors, so we could not read their licensing in their own words. Ask them before you commit. |
| Price to a usable file | $9.99 a month for 150 credits, published on our pricing page. 6 free credits to try, no card. | No standalone logo price is published today. Their pricing page sells LLC formation at $0, $199 and $249 a year plus state fees, with logos bundled in. The free download is low resolution. |
| Best suited to | Anyone who needs the brand itself, and the files a printer or developer will ask for. | US founders forming a company who want the filing, the site and the branding in one place. |
When Tailor Brands is the better pick. Honestly.
No tool wins every case. Choose Tailor Brands if:
- You also need LLC filing, a website and business services in one subscription. That bundle is genuinely convenient, and no logo tool offers it.
- You want EPS as well as SVG. They are the only tool in this comparison that lists EPS output.
- You want compliance handled. Their plans include annual report filing, which matters more to a new US company than any logo feature.
Read the bundle, not the logo
Tailor Brands sells company formation now. Their pricing page lists LLC plans at $0, $199 and $249 a year plus state fees, with branding folded in: eight free logos, a domain for a year, a website builder, a digital business card and social templates. Plans include annual compliance filing, and there is a bookkeeping trial alongside. If you have not formed the company yet, that is a genuine convenience, and no logo tool competes with it.
Two things we could not verify on 24 September 2026, and will not report second hand. There is no standalone logo or branding price published on any page we could load, so we cannot tell you what branding alone costs. And their terms pages returned errors, so we cannot quote their licensing in their own words. Both are worth asking them directly before you buy, particularly the licensing, because ownership of a logo is not a detail.
What we can compare is scope and clarity. Logofai publishes its prices, $9.99, $29.99 and $99.99 a month for 150, 450 and 1500 credits, and states that you own what you generate and may use it commercially. It does nothing about your LLC. The sensible split, if you need both, is to form the company where formation is the product and build the brand where the brand is the product.

Fair questions. Straight answers.
How much does a Tailor Brands logo cost?
They no longer publish a standalone logo price that we could verify. Their pricing page sells LLC formation plans at $0, $199 and $249 a year plus state fees, with logos included in the bundle. You can create logos free and download a low-resolution version; high-resolution vector files are paid.
Which is better if I only need branding?
Logofai, on scope and price clarity: $9.99 a month for 150 credits, with the mockups, guidelines, logo system and Brand Pack generated from your mark. Tailor Brands prices around company formation, so you may pay for services you do not need.
Do I own the logo from each tool?
With Logofai you own what you generate and may use it commercially. For Tailor Brands we could not read their licensing terms on their live site when this page was checked, so ask them directly rather than trusting a summary.
Can I use both?
Yes, and it is a sensible split. Form the company where the filing is handled well, and build the brand where the brand work is the product.
